Now What? Putting the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund to Work
In April 2024, the EPA awarded $14 billion to three applicants under the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund’s National Clean Investment Fund (NCIF). One of the applicants was Power Forward Communities, a coalition led by Enterprise Community Partners, Rewiring America, Habitat for Humanity International, the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), and United Way Worldwide.
