CARB Staff will present an overview of updated regulatory proposals, share our zero-emission technology modeling assumptions, and provide an update on the cost elements that will be used to estimate overall costs for the regulation. This workshop will also serve as a California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) scoping meeting to solicit input for the environmental impact analysis.
