BIL Average Cost Per Dwelling Unit and Allowable Use of Funds Calculator

To assist Grantees of the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP), the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) provides an optional Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) Average Cost Per Dwelling Unit (ACPU) calculator resource. Grantees may use this tool to visualize future ACPU changes, model production targets, and calculate per job average costs to meet the ACPU requirements described in Weatherization Program Notice BIL-5: BIL Average Cost Per Dwelling Unit and Allowable Use of Funds Update, including the 5-year BIL ACPU average for the grant cycle.
